Flyouts allow you to share a Call to Action with your users based on where they search and what they search for.
Flyouts appear in the bottom right corner of your site when a user takes a specific action, such as searching for a specific term within a certain area.
For example, if your organization provides Navigation Services for people looking to enroll in healthcare, you a Flyout could appear for those user with a Call to Action to call your organization.
As our Customer, you can completely tailor the language on the Flyout, though there are character limits to ensure the copy fits.
Flyouts can be triggered to appear based on:
- Search term
- Day of week/Time
Call to Action
All Flyouts must have a Call to Action that links to a URL, email address, or phone number, or you may use our standard thumbs up/thumbs down survey Call to Action.
Look & Feel
While the text and trigger logic can be configured as described above, styling, color, and placement are standard and cannot currently be customized.
