Personalized Search Results give Seekers a curated set of search results based on needs they screened positive for in an Assessment.
When an Assessment is submitted, Personalized Search Results can automatically generate search results based on the responses from the Assessments. The user sees the categories that match their needs highlighted in the menu bar.
When a highlighted category is selected, the user sees a list of programs matching any of the service tags in that category that were mapped to their form responses, and can browse and refer to those programs. To provide additional context, each program will display which service tag matched which response from the assessment form.
Users can click on the service tags to start a new search, specifically for that service tag.
